Shipping Fees and Policies
Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria
such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method.
To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your
shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you
will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On
orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional
shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your
credit card. Oversized products may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Top Oils will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time.
Top Oils is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers.
Top Oils bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee
Strikes or any other complications caused on behalf of our affiliated
shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only
guaranteed from the date of shipment.
Return Policy/Procedures
Returns will only be accepted in the event that Top Oils make an error in processing and dispatching your order.
Goods must be in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Top Oils is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping
charges on any item being returned. Returns are processed in the order in which they are
received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time
your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled
in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department
and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require
a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is
applied to your Charge Card or our Payment Gateway account. All returns
must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order
number and invoice.
